If this is still for sale in a couple weeks I may have to actually buy it. Unfortunately I’m moving this week so the timing is just not there yet, so fingers crossed.

Great Gambler. Probably not a great daily though.

Pretty sure that would kick ass for a daily.

They do rub a bit while turning but not while dr iving at all.
Baloney. Turning is part of driving. (I know, I know he means driving straight, I’m just saying that’s not good enough .) I t looks like tons of fun, though it’s clearly an unfinished project. It desperately needs some proper suspension , and apparently some body modifications too .

I would buy it, throw some smaller wheels/tires on it, and drive that bitch everywhere.

Guessing he means tight turns, such as parking spaces and such...
I know it’s still technically driving, but if they don’t rub in normal road use, I couldn’t care less if they rub in a parking lot.
Either way, I’d buy it. I would find wheels that fit better and drop to 31" tires, that would likely solve all the issues in one shot.

Well, you drive an old Volks wagen, so your standards for what makes a good daily driver, are very different than mine ;)

It's a great daily! It has 4 doors, a heater, 3 working speakers, and it's waterproof!

Mmmmhmmm, and how often does it break?

Can't break again if I don't fix it

Yeah its a little too extreme lol. But I was literally thinking of getting a stock one to dd and then doing this in six months or whenever it gets replaced. So how much worse could it be to just get this one?

Or rallycross!

I would bet going to a 31" tire would solve the issues.

Yea h it’s a little too much for me, but something I kinda wanted to do already just scaled back slightly so this might be a good start. Only needs to go <100 miles a week for a couple months until I get a better DD.

Yeach, you’re probably right, that ups the budget a bit though.

Couple hundred bucks and you’d be done. Can likely find some closer/cheaper too if you keep your eyes peeled.

Honestly, a stock P71 Interceptor would be better for rallycross. Ground clearance isn’t a problem, but higher cornering speeds are achieved by having a low center of gravity. The main guy who runs the events recently bought a sweet UTV. He’s since lowered it as far as the sotck suspension would go, and even put shorter tires on it to get lower.
